Wrapping up some finishing touches in my loft. So glad to have this space to bring you guys along the journey! Above are my favorite accents and key pieces from UO. Next up: common space--or as you already know, dubbed the ETA (~Entertainment Area~).
First post with green hair! It looks more blue-ish here, but it's fading into a nice, dusty moss color. Swamp Princess was the vibe I was going for, which is suiting on account of my never washing my hair. #DirtyHairDontCare
Target provided the munchies, I ate it and lived to tell about it.
If you’ve been following along my bl0gging journey, it’s pretty evident that I’m not one to cook the most extravagant of meals, which is totally fine now that I’ve mastered the art of the guacamole. You read correctly, until last month, I was unable to make myself guac. But after my roomies came to my much needed aid, and with the produce section at Target, I whipped up my own batch and even added my own touch.
After all, guac is not so much a recipe as it is cutting up ingredients and adding them together--here is a visual of the steps I took. My special touch was adding corn into the mix, and I used red onions over the normal ones. I put in a touch of jalapeños and made the whole thing super limey. And because I’m not opposed to self-sabotage, I made a dip for my dip: nacho cheese from the jar.
Voila! You’ve got the perfect (affordable) mini meal to Netflix and Chill.

One last post in my old 'do, you can see a little snip of the new tresses in my last post, or if you follow my instagram or snapchat. (And if you're not, I insist, my candid dorkiness is not one to miss.)
This is a sponsored post. Target gave me the dough, I’m giving you the down low.
I’m totally guilty of the common phenomenon of walking into Target needing one thing, but coming out with tenfold. But after moving to L.A., I’ve realized it’s kind of a blessing in disguise, especially having one so close in downtown. Not only can I pick up my makeup wipes, but I can also grab a new comfy outfit for work, and the cayenne pepper I needed for a last-minute recipe I discovered.
As it's widely known, those cosmetics aisles are almost magnetic. And if you’ve ever come in with a boyfriend or dude friend, they know better than to rush you while you do your thang (unless you have a totally fabulous friend that joins in). I really dig and sincerely appreciate the variety of brands I can choose from that are cruelty-free. NYX is my favorite go-to for makeup, and Acure is my favorite to take said makeup off. The Natural Beauty aisle is not one to miss.
I also picked up this cozy Mossimo Flannel, which I’m wearing as an open cardigan above for warmer summer evenings here in Southern CA, but I’m fully prepared to wear it as a dress once it gets cooler in the Fall. Shout out to XXL sizing. I also popped on this C9 by Champion Visor to top off my tennis-esque vibes.

Wearing a solid matching set (or as I've seen "co-ords" in the UK), but after I noticed the perfect split in the back, I decided to wear the top backwards to reveal a peep of my bralette. But don't let its athletic nature fool you--I'm inept when it comes to any and all sports.
