As last year's Coachella posts were pushed back to May and probably even early June, I vowed I'd get my festival recaps out in a timely manner from then on. I didn't go into the actual festival this year (it was a bit too KROQ-y for my taste), but I did enjoy the happening that surrounded it. Here are bits and pieces of day 1.

Most of these diaries include daytime photos, as I don't feel too positively about drinks + darkness + desert, which you can see from this photo I uncovered from night one (that rock you see was for self-defense).
