PAD THAI

A few days ago Kristine and I had a craft day at her place. As soon as I entered, I could tell I was in a designer's lair! I simply fed her with abstract ideas of what I liked and she instantly turned them into tangible beauties, one of which is a brand new design for her clothing and jewelry line Hardcouture. I'll post the photos in an entry immediately following this one. Afterward, we dined at a local Thai place, and it was absolutely amazing. We substituted all the meat for tofu, and I was pleasantly surprised with its amount of flavor.
